Refund policy

Eligible items are unused or gently tried, in reasonable condition, or defective or incorrect. Email your order number and the reason, plus photos if something arrived damaged. Refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping fees are generally not refunded unless we made the error.

Hygiene-sensitive opened items may be non-returnable when that is noted on the product page.
