Shipping policy

Most Ridge & Ember orders ship from partner warehouses and typically arrive within 7–18 business days after confirmation. Sometimes sooner, and occasionally longer during peaks or customs delays. Orders usually process in 1–3 business days. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the first scan. We currently focus on the United States. Other regions may open later.
